About the CutieMark: There is actually a lot of meaning packed in here. I wanted something that was badass, but both different and packed with meaning. My usual symbol for his affection is a dribbly heart, so I drew it behind the crossed guns that the character uses in the comic, which are peacebound now, because he's settled down.
Also you know what's awesome? Pink is awesome. Badass character's can wear pink.
